Post Judgment Modifications

After the Divorce or Legal Separation has been finalized by way of a Marital Settlement Agreement or Judgment, often the financial situation of one or the other party changes. The parenting plan that has been ordered or agreed to is not followed. Loss of employment, health problems, domestic violence, may change the circumstances that affect Child Support, Spousal Support, Custody or Visitation. A mistake may be discovered that should be brought to the Court's attention and corrected. There may be an omitted asset that was not divided or disclosed.

The Law Office of Ilona Antonyan, APC handles all post-judgment matters. Call our office today to speak with one of our Certified Family Law Specialists 619-696-1100.
